Room was extremely small and slight smell of mildew.
we have stayed often at the courtyard in san ramon and had thought we would like to try something new. we had never stayed in a guesthouse inn and decided to try it.We will not be staying at the guesthouse in the future. value wise, courtyard is newer, less worn, less $$ and more convienent.
we shared our comments with others attending a party in alamo and will continue to encourage others to make another selection.
Stayed at a ramada in city of commerce this week, same vintage as guesthouse yet our stay was quite pleasant.Also, stayed at the la cresta in san luis obispo on monday and it was delightful.
