What other customers are thinking about this hotel : The hospitality of the bonanza inn was limited; when i spoke to maid services the lady on the other end of the line was very cranky and short with me. I was not very pleased with the time i spent there. The room was adequite and the area was centralized but that was overshadowed by the attitude of the service.
